Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026 · Contact: contact@venkai.fr

Clipping Lab is a content-operations tool that turns long-form video into short-form clips and publishes them, with the operator's authorization, to connected social accounts (currently YouTube and TikTok). These terms cover that specific use.

01 What Clipping Lab does

Clipping Lab downloads or receives source video, generates short clips, and — once an account is connected and the operator approves a clip — uploads that clip to the connected platform. On TikTok, clips are currently uploaded as drafts: nothing is published to a TikTok account without a person opening TikTok and finishing that publish step themselves.

02 Connecting an account

Connecting a YouTube or TikTok account is done explicitly through that platform's own sign-in and consent screen (OAuth). Clipping Lab never asks for or stores a platform password directly.

You can disconnect Clipping Lab at any time from the platform's own security settings (YouTube: Google Account → Third-party access; TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage account connections). Revoking access there stops Clipping Lab from uploading further content immediately.

03 What we ask you not to do

04 No guarantee of outcome

Clipping Lab does not promise or guarantee views, engagement, monetization, or that a platform will not restrict an account. Platform rules and enforcement are outside our control.

05 Changes

This page may be updated as Clipping Lab's features change (for example, if direct publishing is added alongside draft uploads). The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
